Return Policy
Returns are eligible within the first 15 calendar days of the date you received it. Please, make sure the item(s) are unused and in the same conditions as received. Don't forget to use the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To process your return:
(1) Send us an email at hello@catemma.com, including a brief description of why you weren't satisfied with your order. Please include a photo if your order arrived fully or partially broken.
(2) We'll get back to you within 48 business hours and send the return label via email, FREE of cost.
(3) Drop off the package with the stamped return label at your nearest FedEx location.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
